Little Tokyo clients tend to value the same things we do: precise work, considered tools, and a coach who knows what they're doing. We program with the long view in mind — strength and mobility you'll still have at sixty and seventy, not a six-week transformation that you grind through and then abandon.
Every program starts with a movement assessment and an InBody 570 scan. We re-scan every four weeks so the program adjusts based on what's actually changing in your body. There's no membership and no contracts — sessions are bought in blocks and you train as your week allows.
If you're living in one of the Little Tokyo lofts, working at the Japanese American National Museum, or eating your way through 1st and 2nd Street, the studio is a short, flat walk west.
