Personal Training in the Historic Core.
We're in the Historic Core — most clients walk in.
Built around your week.
We've been on the same Historic Core block since 2008. The neighborhood has changed around us — new lofts, new restaurants, new coffee shops — but the studio's job has stayed the same: senior coaches, private hours, and programming built for people who sit at a desk for a living and want to keep moving freely into their seventies.
Most Historic Core clients live or work within a few blocks of the studio. Sessions are forty-five or sixty minutes, scheduled around your week rather than a class clock. Every program starts with a movement assessment and an InBody 570 scan, so the work is built around your specific posture, joint history, and body composition.
If you're at the Spring Arcade, the Eastern Columbia Building, the Pacific Electric Lofts, or any of the Spring Street offices, the studio is a flat, three-to-eight-minute walk. There's no tower lobby and no front-desk theatre — just the gym and the coach.
