Personal Training in the Arts District.
About a ten-minute walk west from the heart of the Arts District.
Built around your week.
Our Arts District clients tend to keep less conventional hours — agency owners, founders, designers, gallerists, restaurant operators. That kind of week rewards training that bends to the schedule rather than the other way around. We hold flexible session windows and program week-to-week instead of locking you into a fixed split.
The studio is built for the unfussy serious work that loft-life energy is missing — racks, plates, the InBody 570, conditioning floor, recovery space. No mirrors-and-music gym theatre, no group class clock, no membership tiers. Just a private hour with a senior coach.
If you're working out of an office near 4th and Hewitt, eating at Bestia or Bavel, or living in one of the Arts District lofts, the walk west is straightforward. Most clients pair sessions with their morning commute or end-of-day decompression.
