Our Fashion District clients tend to keep long, irregular hours — showroom owners, designers, manufacturers, buyers in town for market week. We program around that rhythm rather than fight it: flexible windows, week-to-week planning, and senior coaches who don't disappear when your calendar shifts.
Every program starts with a movement assessment and an InBody 570 scan. We re-scan every four weeks so the work adapts based on what's actually changing — lean mass, body fat percentage, segmental balance — instead of what a generic split says you should be doing.
If you're working out of the Cooper Design Space, the New Mart, the California Market Center, or one of the Santee Alley showrooms, the studio is a short walk north on Los Angeles Street. Most clients pair sessions with their morning before the showroom opens.
