Personal Training near Civic Center.
About a fifteen-minute walk south from City Hall and the Federal Courthouse.
Built around your week.
Civic Center clients tend to be lawyers, judges, civic-side attorneys, and government professionals working long hours behind a desk. The work shows up in the body the same way it shows up everywhere else in DTLA: stiff hips, a guarded low back, and a midline that hasn't been asked to do much in a long time.
We treat the assessment as the first session — not a sales tour — and program around what we actually find. Sessions are forty-five or sixty minutes; most clients here train two or three times a week before court or after the day's docket clears.
If you're working at the U.S. Courthouse, the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, City Hall, or any of the Civic Center offices, the studio is a manageable south-bound walk down Spring or Main. The InBody scan, the squat rack, the coaching — everything happens inside one private room.
