Most of our Financial District clients sit on calls from seven in the morning until well past dark. The work is sedentary, the calendars are unforgiving, and the body quietly pays the bill — tight hips, soft midline, a low back that flares on long flights. We program around that life, not around an idealized one.

Sessions run forty-five or sixty minutes — long enough to do real work, short enough to fit between meetings. Every program starts with a movement assessment and an InBody 570 scan, so the work is built around your specific posture, joint history, and body composition rather than a templated split.

If you're working in the BofA Plaza, US Bank Tower, Wells Fargo Center, or anywhere along Figueroa, the studio is walkable. If your day is too tight, the team can also schedule early-morning or evening blocks — most professionals end up training two or three mornings a week before the first call.
